The Amplifier

Bilal Chaudhry · founder, Dastarkhwan Group — 10 restaurants across three cities

When Dastarkhwan opened its tenth branch, the announcement needed a LinkedIn post, an X thread, an Instagram caption, and a WhatsApp broadcast — each in a different register, none of them allowed to sound corporate. Bilal’s marketing exec Mahnoor reshaped every announcement by hand, and Bilal still rewrote half of it from the car.

Now one source post goes in, and four platform-native drafts come back in his voice. They arrive on his WhatsApp; he replies with a thumbs-up and they post.

fictional demo · real workflow we run it for you your four drafts on whatsapp — one thumbs-up posts them 3–4 week build

Before

Manual reshaping for every announcement — and the WhatsApp broadcast usually never happened at all.

After

Four drafts land ready to approve, tapped through from Bilal’s phone between lunch rushes.

The deliverable

One source post — the Islamabad opening — became all four of these. The text inside the frames is the workflow’s output, verbatim.

The source post

Dastarkhwan opens in Islamabad — our tenth dastarkhwan, our first in the capital. From Monday 25 May, the F-7 branch serves the full Karachi menu, with the kitchen led by Chef Naveed Akhtar — twelve years at our Karachi flagship. Opening week: the chef’s dastarkhwan platter at half price, dine-in only. 40 new colleagues join the family.

Dastarkhwan Group has opened its tenth branch — and its first in Islamabad. From Monday 25 May, the F-7 branch serves the full Karachi menu, with the kitchen led by Chef Naveed Akhtar, who spent twelve years at our Karachi flagship before taking charge in the capital. The opening brings 40 new jobs across kitchen, floor, and delivery — most filled from Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Ten years ago Dastarkhwan was a single 12-table restaurant in Karachi; every branch since has been funded from the last one’s kitchen. For opening week, the chef’s dastarkhwan platter is at half price, dine-in only. If you’re in F-7, come see what the fuss in Karachi has been about. #Dastarkhwan #Islamabad

Ten branches. Three cities. One dastarkhwan. We’ve opened in Islamabad — F-7, full Karachi menu, kitchen led by Chef Naveed Akhtar (12 years at our flagship). 🧵

40 new colleagues join the family — hired from Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Every Dastarkhwan branch has been funded by the last one’s kitchen. No shortcuts, just shorba.

dastarkhwan.officialThe capital finally gets a seat at the dastarkhwan. Branch number ten is open — F-7 Markaz, Islamabad. Full Karachi menu. Chef Naveed Akhtar runs the kitchen, and he brought twelve years of flagship secrets with him. Opening week: the chef’s dastarkhwan platter at half price, dine-in only. Bring your family. That’s the whole business model. #Dastarkhwan #IslamabadFood #F7 #PakistaniFood #NewOpening

The approval gate — Bilal’s whole job now

How it runs

📝

A post is published

The announcement lands in the usual Drive folder — that’s the whole trigger.

🎛️

The AI adapts it

One pass, four platform drafts. Voice samples from past posts keep it sounding like Dastarkhwan.

📲

Bilal approves on WhatsApp

Thumbs-up posts everything; a one-line note gets a redraft. Nothing posts without him.

🚀

Posted everywhere

LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and the customer broadcast — each in its native format.

The essentials

We run it; your team keeps the last word. The approval gate means nothing posts without a human thumbs-up. The workflow does the reshaping; your voice makes the call.

Build time
3–4 weeks, including brand-voice calibration
Honest note
The first two weeks include tuning the voice until Mahnoor stops editing the drafts — expect a few redos early.

Next door: The Donor Digest — a month of metrics and stories, assembled into one polished update.
